I don't know what the assignment was, but out of the three photos you posted this is the one I prefer. :3 The other carnival one was a bit too shaky and the goat didn't have many "individual" qualities to it to make it a strong subject - it was just a goat. This one is more steady and a better shot. You definitely used the right exposure time to capture the shape of the ride while keeping the colors defined and interesting.
